General Meetings
The Ways & Means Committee plans projects to raise the necessary funds to meet the Budget. All monthly General Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month (except November & December due to the holidays) at Los Robles Greens Banquet Hall, located at 299 S. Moorpark Rd in Thousand Oaks.

50/50, HelloWineDay Raffle-donate a bottle of Red, white, rose, blushes, we like them all! Wine glasses candles and Halloween decorations including pumpkins are also welcome. Baskets or individual items, your choice!. All items are raffled off-buy lots of tickets and have lots of wine to enjoy the holidays. Crackers and cheese and cheese boards may be added too or anything else used to entertain during the holidays, jams, jellies, spreads, etc. Program: “Whole Hog Folk Singers.”

50/50, Bake Sale/Cake Auction and Holiday Gift Raffle – Donate baked items to sell or auction off, such as pies, breads, tarts, cupcakes, bars, cookies and other holiday goodies. Please label each item that
contains nuts or allergens. Special baked items on special plates always make wonderful centerpieces to the table to be auctioned off. Special candy and other sweet items may be store purchased too. Specialty homemade jam by Ursula will be sold. Holiday gift items should be wrapped or bagged in clear wrapping for the Gift Raffle so we can see what we are trying to win.
