The Ways & Means Committee plans projects to raise necessary funds to meet the Budget. All monthly General Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month (except November & December due to the holidays) at Los Robles Greens Banquet Hall, located at 299 S. Moorpark Rd in Thousand Oaks.
